How Zenith Strategy Associates handles the details you give this site, what is measured, and how to change your mind about any of it.
What we collect
Only what a form is given.
The site has three forms: the contact form, the contractor database, and the capture behind each report. Each asks for a name and an email address, and some ask for a company, a city or a short description of what you are enquiring about. Nothing else is collected from you directly, and there is no field on this site that is required and not used.
We use those details to reply to you, to send the report you asked for, and to send occasional related material. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and we do not sell or pass your details to anyone.
Diagnostics
The surveys ask for more, and keep it.
The diagnostic surveys are the one place on this site that collects more than contact details. They ask about your business — sector, revenue band, headcount, ownership, and your own assessment of how things are run — because that is what the assessment at the end is calculated from. Your answers are stored on our servers, against a random reference rather than against your name, so that your assessment can be produced, sent to you, and re-opened later from the link you were given.
That link is the only address your assessment exists at. Anyone holding it can open it, so treat it as you would any private link: we do not publish it, search engines are told not to index it, and we do not post it anywhere. A completed survey also puts your details into MailerLite, as any other form on this site would, and sends your assessment to a principal of the firm for review.
Answers are kept for as long as there is a live business reason to hold them, and are deleted on request. Ask through the contact form and we will remove the response and the assessment together.
Where it goes
One email platform, and our own inbox.
Form submissions are sent to MailerLite, the platform we use to hold contacts and send email. They are also visible to the principals of the firm. Depending on which form you used, they may be stored against a marketing list so we can send the follow-up material described above.
We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a live business reason to, and remove them on request.
Measurement
Analytics, and advertising measurement.
With consent, this site loads Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn insight tag. They record which pages were viewed and which of three actions were completed: a report downloaded, an appointment scheduled, a survey completed. Where a conversion is reported to Meta from our own server as well as from your browser, the email address is hashed before it leaves this site and is used only to match the two records into one.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before anything third-party loads. Elsewhere, including Australia and New Zealand, the tags load on arrival and the controls at the foot of this page are how you opt out. You can change that decision at any time, in any region.
Cookies
Two of ours, and the tags' own.
This site sets one cookie of its own, which records only whether you are in a region that requires an opt-in, and stores your consent choice in your browser's local storage. Neither holds anything that identifies you.
The analytics and advertising tags set their own cookies once you have consented to them. Withdrawing consent stops any further data being sent: the tags are told to stop, and the page reloads once without them so that nothing already running can keep reporting.
Your rights
Access, correction and removal.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will action it. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the same request is a data subject access request and is handled on the same footing.
If something here is unclear, or you would rather we held nothing at all, tell us and we will remove it.
Consent
Change your mind here.
Your choice is kept in this browser and applies to every page here. Change it either way, as often as you like and in whichever region you are in; it takes effect immediately. Withdrawing reloads this page once, so that any tags already running are gone rather than merely told to stop.
