Andrew has over 20 years’ experience as a management consultant. During that time he has worked across a broad range of sectors. He focuses on strategy consulting, strategy execution and commercial due diligence.

Prior to founding Zenith Strategy Associates, Andrew was a partner with L.E.K. Consulting, before moving on to Bain & Company. He has worked extensively across the UK, Europe and Australia.

Andrew has an MA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Scholar, and an MBA (with distinction) from London Business School, where he was a scholar and member of the Dean's List.

Dan has over 30 years’ experience in strategy, private equity and turnaround solutions. He was previously a parner with L.E.K. Consulting, where he worked with clients across TMT, private equity and building materials.

He has also held a number of senior executive roles, including interim CEO of Tradelink, Interim CEO of Onsite Equipment Rental and CEO of Global Television. He was a director and shareholder of Ezidebit, one of Australia’s largest payment processors. He oversaw the execution of the strategy and successful sale of the business.

Dan has a MBA from Macquarie Business School, and a B.Bus for Queensland University of Technology.

Stefanie Pieper has over 15 years’ experience as a management consultant, marketing professional and program manager. She has worked across EMEA and APAC across a variety of roles and industry sectors, with a focus on business process optimisation, strategy planning, customer centricity and marketing strategies.

Prior to working with Zenith Strategy Associates, Stefanie was a Director with American Express, and a CRM Consultant with Accenture.

Stefanie has a BSc (with honours) from the London School of Economics.

Mila Rehbinder heads up the UK operations of Zenith Strategy Associates. She has 10 years’ experience as a strategy consultant, including several years at Bain & Company. She has extensive experience in M&A transaction support and strategy development & execution.

Mila is fluent in Russian, French and English, and has worked extensively across the UK, Europe and ANZ.

Mila has MAs in Engineering and Economics from ENSTA Paris, Sorbonne and Bauman Moscow universities.

Nick has over 10 years’ experience in strategy and performance improvement gained at top-tier boutique consultancies and ‘in-house’ with Wesfarmers.

He has experience across a range of heavy-industry sectors, including mining, energy, electricity and manufacturing, as well as in financial services in Australia and Europe, including significant experience in delivering large scale cost reduction and business improvement programs.

Nick has a B.Comm. from the University of Sydney.

Meena has over 10 years’ experience in strategy, transformation and performance improvement. She previously worked at Bain & Company, before going on to work directly with various corporate strategy teams, other boutique specialists, and top-tier strategy firms.

She has worked across private equity, industrial sectors, financial services, telecommunications and retail across ANZ and the UK.

Meena has a Bachelor of Commerce (with Accounting & Finance majors) and LLB (Hons I) from the University of Sydney.

Daniel is an experienced strategy and operations consultant with more than 5 years’ experience. He previously worked for Port Jackson Partners and Acccenture, and has gained entrepreneurial experience through establishing a tourism business of his own.

Daniel has a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of New South Wales with Distinction, and a Cert. IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Lily has over 2 years’ experience working as a management consultant at Bain & Co.

She has experience across a range of industries including healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing working across strategy, performance improvement and implementation.

Lily has a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies with a minor in Business Economics from the University of New South Wales.

Maarten has over 6 years of strategy consulting experience working for the KPMG Global Strategy Group across the Netherlands, the UK, Sweden, Turkey and Australia. Before joining KPMG he worked for a boutique corporate finance and investment firm.

Maarten has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master degree in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam (NL).

Jesse has over 10 years experience and strategy, digital transformation and product development. He began his career at BCG, and more recently was the GM for an education business overseeing a post-merger integration.

Jesse has B.Eng from University of NSW and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
